If you haven’t heard the phrase “working dad” lately, then you might get where we’re
coming from. Hi, we’re professionals who happen to be women. Some of us also happen
to be moms. Because of this, society tends to refer to us as working women, or working
moms, but here at Viamark, we’re simply called “team members.”

Imagine that.

Most of us have been here for well over a decade, and we tend to rule this place. Not
because we’re women, but because we’re good at what we do. Want to join us? We’re
looking for a few good team members. Don’t worry about equal-pay issues, not a
problem here (*sigh* that we even have to write that), plus we’re structured to be more
lifestyle-career oriented so striking a balance is easy. Or at least, easier.

Media Veteran Dean Mandel Launches Viamark Advertising in New York City

In a Big-Apple move, it was announced today that digital and traditional media pro Dean Mandel will give the #1 media market in the country a local boost with the digital and broadcast solutions of Viamark Advertising. Mandel, a Syracuse grad and 20-year ad veteran, will head up the Viamark NYC metro office beginning this month.

Mandel began his marketing career on the digital side, helping local businesses develop an internet presence back when the concept was barely understood by the rest of the ad world. He honed his digital marketing craft over the years, navigating swift changes in technology and merging his marketing know-how with interactive concepts. His experience includes managing digital platforms in conjunction with traditional broadcast, print and out-of-home assets. Most recently, he served as Vice President and General Sales Manager of CoxReps, the largest television station rep firm in the U.S, where he helped build video solutions to fit the social media landscape.

Mandel’s unique experience, along with the tools and resources of Viamark Advertising, brings a fresh approach to NYC businesses starving for effective, yet cost-attainable campaigns— something for which Viamark has become known. Newly Expanded Two-state Ad Agency Becomes Viamark Carolinas

CHARLESTON, SC October 18, 2016 — After more than a decade of providing fullservice “tradigital” advertising and marketing services, Viamark Franchise owners Bea Raybourne and Gayle Brown have not only re-signed with Viamark Advertising for the Wilmington market, but they have also invested in the Charleston, SC franchise territory.  With a growing portfolio of clients already located throughout the South Carolina Lowcountry, this expansion now rebrands the Wilmington agency as “Viamark Carolinas”.

Doubling Up On Talent In NC!

North Carolina has two new Viamark Advertising franchise owners this week! Keith Corder and Russ Ramsey are now at the helm of agencies in Greenville and Cary, NC. Both Keith and Russ are veterans of the media and advertising industries.

Keith Corder 1Keith Corder of Viamark Advertising Greenville has worked in business operations, sales and marketing for over 25 years for various companies, and has owned and operated a local ad agency, Smart Associates Advertising, for the past two years. Keith said his primary reason for joining Viamark was the creative support and advertising capabilities that the franchise structure provided so he could grow his existing ad agency.


Russ RamseyRuss Ramsey, who began his advertising career in 1990 as an account executive in the Norfolk market, owns Viamark Advertising Cary. Russ has also worked in the Houston and Raleigh markets, as well as with CBS Radio in Washington, DC. He has an extensive media background that includes general and national sales management, along with over two decades of partnering with local and regional businesses to accelerate brand growth through traditional and digital platforms.

Glenn Anderson of Viamark Advertising was a panelist at the Mirren Live, 2014 New Business Conference in New York City last month.

The Conference was sold out and was filled with 2 days of in-depth sessions to help agencies identify specific action items that they can apply to improve new business growth.

Viamark was a part of the Agency Growth Panel; focusing on industry leaders who have developed unique new agency models. Other members of the panel included Stanley Hainsworth – former creative director over Starbucks Global and Nike, Levi Patterson – formerly of TBWA/Chait/Day and Razorfish, and Sarah DeVanzo of Sparks & Honey, a division of Omnicom. The panel was hosted by Andrew McMains, Senior Editor at Ad Week.

Viamark’s Newest Office in Charleston, SC is off to a Great Start!

Doug KiferSince opening just this past April, our newest Franchisee, Doug Kifer has already signed his first new client…and only about 10 days after he finished his Viamark training!  Doug, a former franchisee of Sign-A-Rama, said “the Viamark training program was phenomenal”.

We are pleased to welcome McElveen Buick-GMC to our Viamark Family.

McElveen is the leading GMC Truck dealership in the area. The owner of the dealership has been in the car business for 30 years and said “the Viamark Automotive Demo was the best auto dealer creative he’s ever seen”.  Doug and the Viamark team put together a campaign that included radio, TV and print.  Plus a new online campaign will be ready to launch soon.

And the best news,McElveen’s sales were up 30% in May!

Doug began his marketing career 15 years ago for an outdoor advertising company in the Philadelphia, PA market.  After moving back to the Charleston area 10 years ago Doug began as a Sales Executive with the Post and Courier.  He became the Sales Manager for the Niche Division of the P&C handling all the magazines and supplements.
